IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE REVISED SHOW BILL FOR THE JULY AND SEPTEMBER RHAM SHOWS:
HELLO, EVERYONE.

WITH THE GROWING NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS AND ENTRIES AT OUR RHAM SHOWS, YOUR RHAM BOARD HAS BEEN WORKING ON WAYS TO HELP OUR SHOWS RUN MORE EFFICIENTLY AND SHORTEN THE SHOW DAY, SPECIFICALLY ON SATURDAY.

A REVISED SHOW BILL IS BELOW FOR THE UPCOMING JULY AND SEPTEMBER SHOWS.

WE HAVE CHANGED THE RANCH TRAIL AND HORSEMANSHIP CLASSES TO BE "AT WILL" CLASSES ON SATURDAY.  WE HAVE HIRED A SECOND SET OF ARHA JUDGES FOR THESE TWO CLASSES.  THIS IS A NEW APPROACH FOR US BUT WE HOPE THIS WILL ALLOW US TO END THE SHOW DAY AT A REASONABLE TIME ON SATURDAY.

HOW DO "AT WILL" CLASSES WORK?

-  FOR RANCH TRAIL, THE EXHIBITOR WILL ENTER THE RING AND GIVE THEIR BACK NUMBER TO THE JUDGES ALONG WITH WHICH DIVISION THEY ARE SHOWING IN (Open, Novice Amateur, Amateur, or Youth).  IF THE EXHIBITOR IS RIDING IN MULTIPLE DIVISIONS IN RANCH TRAIL, THE EXHIBITOR WILL REPEAT THIS FOR EACH DIVISION THEY HAVE SIGNED-UP FOR.

-  A SIMILAR PROCESS WILL BE USED FOR HORSEMANSHIP.  EXHIBITOR WILL ENTER THE RING, ANNOUNCE THEIR NUMBER AND DIVISION (Amateur or Youth).

WE WILL BE RUNNING OUR RANCH TRAIL CLASSES FROM 7:00AM UNTIL 3:00PM ON SATURDAY AND HORSEMANSHIP WILL START AT 3:30PM AND RUN UNTIL 5:00PM ON SATURDAY.  THIS SHOULD GIVE OUR EXHIBITORS AMPLE TIME TO RUN THESE EVENTS "AT WILL".

THESE CLASSES WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE DURINGTHESE HOURS ... NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF THERE IS NO WAITING AT THE TRAIL / HORSEMANSHIP GATE, ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR THE EXHIBITORS WHO HAVE NOT YET SHOWN IN THESE CLASSES TO PROCEED TO THE RING TO COMPLETE THEIR RUN.  YOUR COOPERATION IS APPRECIATED AS WE IMPLEMENT THIS NEW WAY OF RUNNING THESE CLASSES.

WE ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS AT THE SHOWS TO ASSIST IN A VARIETY OF TASKS (ie. opening gates, setting patterns, relieving gate person so they can take a break, etc.).  VOLUNTEERS ARE ESSENTIAL TO OUR SHOW RUNNING SMOOTHLY.  IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE, PLEASE LET A RHAM BOARD MEMBER KNOW AND THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW WHERE WE NEED HELP.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS, PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE AT MIRANCHHORSE.COM.  CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ALL RHAM BOARD MEMBERS CAN BE FOUND THERE OR YOU CAN SEND US A MESSAGE THROUGH OUR FACEBOOK PAGE.

THANK YOU ...
